Return & Warranty Policy – Shilpahari

At Shilpahari, we are committed to providing you with an excellent shopping experience and delivering authentic, quality products. We carefully check every item before dispatch. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, we offer an Exchange or Return facility.


⚠️ IMPORTANT WARNING

An Unboxing Video is mandatory for any return or exchange request.
Requests submitted without a clear unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.


❌ Cases Where Return, Exchange, Refund, or Warranty Will NOT Apply

We regret that we cannot accept complaints in the following situations:

  • If the product is physically damaged, broken, or burnt after delivery
  • For digital products or software
  • For items purchased during Clearance Sale
  • If the original seal, tag, or sticker is torn or removed
  • For undergarments or lingerie items
  • For accessories, chargers, or adapters
  • For free gift items provided with the order
  • If the product has scratches, stains, or signs of use
  • If the product is not in resalable condition
  • If the original box, accessories, documents, or warranty card are missing
  • If the product is incompatible with any third-party app, software, or device

📦 Guidelines for Returning Products

1️⃣ Complete Package Required

The product must be returned with:

  • Original box
  • Warranty card (if applicable)
  • User manual
  • Accessories
  • Stickers, tags, and labels
  • Any free gift items received with the order

2️⃣ Proper Packaging

  • Do not apply tape or stickers directly on the product box
  • The product box must be placed inside a separate outer box or packet

3️⃣ Delivery Method

  • You may return the product in person to our office
  • Or send it via courier (prepaid by the customer)

💰 Refund & Courier Charge Policy

  • Once the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a Quality Control (QC) check
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 72 hours

🚚 Courier Charges

If the Product Is Defective:

  • Shilpahari will cover courier costs:
    • Up to BDT 60 inside Dhaka
    • Up to BDT 120 outside Dhaka
  • Any amount beyond this must be paid by the customer

If the Product Is Non-Defective:

  • The customer must bear:
    • Payment processing fees
    • Round-trip courier charges
